SHIP METHODS

We offer free shipping on all orders over $150 in the U.S.

We have the following shipping options available:

FedEx Ground

FedEx 2-Day

FedEx Overnight

At this time we cannot deliver to PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

 

SHIPPING TIMES

FedEx Ground – 5-7 business days

FedEx 2-Day – 2 business days

FedEx Overnight – 1 business day

Please note, shipping time frames do not include our processing time. Orders are shipped within 1-3 business days from our Los Angeles warehouse. Orders are shipped on business days only (Monday-Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays). You will be emailed a tracking number once your order has been shipped to track your package.

Expedited orders will arrive within the number of business days designated by your shipping selection. To determine shipping days, begin with the first business day after your order is shipped. Orders placed before 10 AM PST (1 PM EST) will be shipped out the same day. Orders placed after 10 AM PST (1 PM EST) will be processed and shipped the following day.

 

CHANGING SHIPPING ADDRESS

Please confirm your shipping information is correct as shipping addresses cannot be changed. We will only ship to the shipping address entered when the order was originally placed and cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages due to inaccuracies.

 

RETURN POLICY

House of Royals accepts returns within 30 days of delivery date given the order is unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging. Please email concierge@houseofroyals.com with your order number for a return label. 

If an item arrives damaged, we’ll happily replace it for you. Please contact us at concierge@houseofroyals.com within 7 days of receiving your order. To issue a replacement in the case of damages, please provide photos to show how the item arrived. 

 

REFUNDS

Refunds are issued to your original payment method. Please note that refunds may take up to 7-10 days to appear on your statement.

Original shipping is non-refundable.

Final Sale items cannot be returned, refunded or exchanged.

PAYMENT

Sales tax applies to all CA residents. We currently accept Visa, Master Card, American Express, Discover, PayPal and Apple Pay. 

 

HOLIDAY CLOSURES

Our warehouse is closed on U.S. federal holidays, plus some Sacred days. Orders will not be processed or shipped on these days.
