Years ago, moved by prayer and reflection on the passion, death and resurrection of Jesus and the newly released cinematic depiction of these events, The Passion of the Christ, I began to write lyrics and compose the melody and harmony for All Things New, a passionate interchange between Jesus and Mary, his mother, as they passed together though the heart-wrenching way of the cross.

It has always been my sincerest hope that this song would resonate deeply in the hearts of everyone who hears it, and that they would receive even just a glimpse into the love that Jesus and his mother, Mary, must have for each human person if they would allow themselves to undergo such an experience for our redemption.

Now available in sheet music, the song can be sung and accompanied at home and in groups everywhere. Let these lyrics enter into your heart like the prayer that they are... I long to hear the unique voices that will sing out each word, and the fingers that will play out each note.
